Think about your industry and selling in general. What little thing can you do today that will differentiate you from anyone else selling to your prospect? Not just other salespeople in your industry, but anyone else working to engage that prospect.
Maybe a handwritten thank you note? Or perhaps stopping by with a small gift (cookie tray) to say hello and thank you? Or maybe having the owner of your company send them a quick email showing appreciation for the opportunity to be of service?
